Description

The Mississippi Car Tag Stipend Program will be made available to nursing students and nurses pursuing an advanced degree in nursing in the state of Mississippi through the Nurses Car Tag Program. Students in Masters or Doctoral Nursing Program must hold a current, unrestricted Mississippi RN license; and have a nursing license plate on personal vehicle at the time of application. They must be full-time or part-time students. Masters or Doctoral students must submit their nurses license plate number, a copy of their current MS nursing license, and three letters of reference. Students in Associate or Baccalaureate Nursing Program must hold a current, unrestricted Mississippi RN license (applies to licensed RN) and have a nursing license plate on personal vehicle at the time of application. They must be full-time students. Associate or Baccalaureate students must submit their nurses license plate number; a letter of enrollment verification from their school of nursing with date of completion; and three letters of reference.
