The MSP Crankstart Transfer Scholars Scholarship Program is available to California Community College Transfer Students who enroll or are currently enrolled at California State University, Northridge. Transfer students must have transferred within the last four years and must be currently at the undergraduate level pursuing their first baccalaureate degree. Preference will be given to California Community College Transfer Students newly admitted for the Fall 2025 semester. Applicants must have a FAFSA or California Dream Act application (CADAA) on file for the upcoming academic year. Undergraduate students must enroll in 6 units or more during the Fall & Spring terms of the award year. Any change to their enrollment status resulting in less than part-time enrollment for any term within the award year will result in the cancellation of their award.
