NABJ Visual Task Force Scholarship

Description

The National Association of Black Journalists - Visual Task Force (VTF) is a volunteer-led community of Black visual journalists whose goal is to enhance the professional development of new and experienced members while providing engaging mentorship. VTF is a safe and culturally informed community for visual journalists that is inclusive of all disciplines of visual storytelling. We continue to build upon the strong legacy of Black visual journalists who embody the ethics of quality journalism through conventional workshops and networking opportunities. Applicants must be NABJ student members in good standing. They must be a high school junior, senior, or full-time college undergraduate/graduate student with at least one full year of school remaining at the time of the application and disbursement of funds at an accredited U.S. college or university.
