The recipient(s) must be an undergraduate or graduate student, majoring in Communication Disorders and Sciences, accepted to Eastern Illinois University. If the applicant is a graduate student then the recipient must have applied and been accepted to Eastern Illinois University, Graduate School, and to the Department of Communication Disorders and Sciences (CDS) as a degree-seeking candidate pursuing a Master's Degree.
