The NSHSS Passion for Public Service Scholarship is for high school and college students of all levels. Public service can take many forms: urban planning, environmental protection, emergency services and first responders, even military service and public education. Those who are public servants are integral parts of everyday communities. Submission of pictures, videos, or media showing their leadership in action is optional.
