The Oakland University Non-Resident Award is open to freshmen students who applied for admission at Oakland University. This scholarship covers the in-state tuition amount of the eligible students. Applicants must be non-Michigan residents and must live in university housing for their first two years. Citizens and permanent residents of Canada and Mexico may also qualify.
