The Olga Christensen National Scholarship will be awarded to a Danish Sisterhood member or the child of a Danish Sisterhood member in good standing for a minimum of one year prior to the application deadline. Applicants must be a high school graduate enrolled in a technical (vocational) educational program leading to an associate degree or higher. Two, no more than three, original and current letters of character reference must be submitted with the completed application. For those who are employed, one must be from your employer and include the average number of hours worked per week by the applicant. For an applicant that has been out of high school more than five years, they must submit any information that would be important as to their goal for further education. They must include information relating to classes, seminars, activities, etc. that would be beneficial in judging their scholarship application.
