Description

The Oregon Spirit Scholarship will be awarded to students who must be entering the final year of an associate, bachelor, or graduate degree or program. Financial need is a consideration but FAFSA/ORSAA filing is not required. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC. Eligibility Requirements
