Description

The Orpha J. & Ernest Milbradt Scholarship was established to assist students attending KSU or KU. This scholarship is eligible for an annual renewal for up to three or four years. Applicants must be Kansas high school seniors. Applicants must have participated with success in extracurricular school activities (e.g., forensics, music, athletics, etc.). Applicants must have exhibited a strong sense of community involvement (volunteer activities, church activities, etc.). All merit criteria being the same, awards will be based on need.
