Description

The Orpha J. & Ernest Milbradt Scholarship was established to assist graduating high school senior students who will be attending KSU or KU. Applicants must have participated with success in extracurricular school activities (e.g., forensics, music, athletics, etc.). Applicants must have exhibited a strong sense of community involvement (volunteer activities, church activities, etc.). All merit criteria being the same, awards will be based on need.
