Otis Spunkmeyer provides scholarships awarded to DECA members who work in their chapter's School-based Enterprise (school store) and sell Otis Spunkmeyer products. Applicants must be a current DECA member to be eligible for DECA scholarships. They may ask their school counselor if their school has a DECA chapter and register through the chapter advisor. Students in all grade levels, from high school freshmen to collegiate DECA members, are welcome to apply. Unless the scholarship application specifically requires a grade level or collegiate, students can assume that all members can apply. Scholarships are awarded based on DECA involvement, leadership ability, community service and academic performance. Applicants are required to submit three letters of recommendation in addition to any specific requirements for each scholarship. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
