The Owens Marmion Varke Clinical Mental Health Counseling Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors who will attend University of Texas at Tyler. Applicants must be admitted to the clinical mental health program at UT Tyler. Applicants must submit two letters of reference. One must be from a teacher that can speak to the applicant's character or behavior in the classroom.
