Description

The Palomar Amateur Radio Club Scholarship applicants must have an Active Technician Class license or higher. Preference is given to applicants residing in San Diego or Imperial Counties, CA. Must be a high school senior and performing at a high academic level, member of PARC and demonstrate activity and interest in radio service such as emergency communications, equipment constructions, or community radio services.
