Description

The Patsy Key Ponder Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Jefferson ISD located in Jefferson, Texas who will attend any 2 or 4 year accredited college or university in the United States School and will major in any field of study. Recipients must plan on completing a certification program, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree. Applicants must submit two letters of reference. One must be from a teacher that can speak to the applicant's character or behavior in the classroom.
