The Patty and Melvin Alperin First Generation Scholarship will be awarded to students whose parents did not graduate from college, including community college or a college in a foreign country. Applicants must be Rhode Island high school seniors accepted or enrolled in an accredited two- or four-year college. Past recipients can reapply.
