Description

The Peter & Debra Higgins Memorial Scholarship, HRVH will be awarded to graduates of Hood River Valley High School. Students must be enrolled in public and private Oregon colleges, with preference for Eastern Oregon University. Financial need is not a requirement, but it may be considered, so filing of FAFSA is still required. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met.
