The Pride of the Rose Scholarship is open to Oregon residents in Clackamas, Columbia, Multnomah, Washington, or Yamhill Counties or Washington residents in Clark County. Applicants may submit the following optional materials: academic transcript, resume, letter(s) of recommendation, and writing or art samples.

Eligibility Requirements
