The Private Industry Collaborative Award provides guidance and insight into the needs of the labor market and the skills required for successful employment in the local economy, and to develop policies and measurable goals for workforce development efforts in coordination with others concerned with education and training. Applicants must be adult-learners residing in Lucas or Wood counties. They may also be current or future dislocated workers in Lucas or Wood counties.
