Description

The PSU Out-of-State Opportunity Scholarship is open to academically qualified incoming first-year and transfer students. OOS is available to first-year students for up to four academic years and transfer students for up to two academic years (dependent on class standing). If an applicant does not meet the requirements for the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE), they will be considered for OOS. OOS cannot be combined with WUE.
