The R. Ray Singleton Memorial Scholarship will be given to students in any college or university in West Virginia. Applicants must submit their most recent grades. They do not have to be the official transcripts. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
