The 3R Scholarship Fund was created at The Pittsburgh Foundation to provide four-year college scholarships for graduating seniors at Keystone Oaks High School. Preference given to applicants who demonstrate financial need. This award is renewable three times or until a bachelor's degree is earned, whichever occurs first.
