Description

The Ralph J. Torraco Fine Arts Scholarship is for students currently pursuing a degree in the Fine Arts including the Performing Arts, Visual Arts or Technical Arts at an accredited campus-based college or university program in the United States. This program is open to applicants of all ethnicities. Proof of college enrollment must be provided prior to issuing the scholarship award check. Recipients are required to submit a photo upon notification. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
