The Randy Hales Marching Band Scholarship will be awarded to students participating in the Blue Thunder Marching Band. They must be visually or hearing impaired or have other physical disabilities. Applicants must plan to enroll full-time, 12 for undergraduate credits; and 9 for graduate credits.
