The RFinder LLC - Arthur L. Greenberg, W2LH, and Madeline Greenberg, W2EEO, Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to those who must hold a General Class license or higher Amateur Radio Operators license. Applicants must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year. Students in fully accredited institutions or universities are eligible.
