Description

The Richard and Helen Cowan Scholarship will be awarded to graduates (within the last 2 years) of Burns or Crane Union High School. Applicants must have attended either school one or more years and have not yet attended college. Applicants and parents must be Harney County residents. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
