Description

The Richard and Helen Cowan Scholarship is for graduates, within the last two years, of Burns or Crane Union High School. Applicants must have attended either school for more than one year and have not yet attended college. Applicants and parents must be Harney County residents. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
