The Richard James Baker Memorial Scholarship is open to graduate students enrolled in the Counseling Program. Students must be active-duty service members or reservists or veterans or a parent, child, or sibling of an active service member/reservist/veteran. Preference will be given to persons associated with the United States Air Force.
