The Richard S. Lawless, DDS Scholarship is available to students majoring in Business, Math, Science, or other majors as directed by the donor. Applicants must be graduates of Lawrenceville High School in Lawrenceville, Illinois, with a minimum of a 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale. If multiple applicants meet the criteria, the one with the highest academic credentials will receive the award. The scholarship recipients are eligible for renewal consideration with a letter of request, a scholarship application, and all criteria met at all times. The application process for admission to VU contains the information needed to determine if the student meets the criteria for VU Foundation scholarships. Be sure to apply to VU before January 15 for priority consideration for Foundation scholarships. If you apply after January 15, you may still be considered for scholarship awards.
