Description

The Riley Webb FHS Scholarship For The Arts was established in memory of Riley Webb in order to provide scholarships for Fredericksburg High School graduating seniors who have demonstrated committed involvement in one or more areas of the performing arts during high school, i.e., band, choir, theater. Applicants must submit a letter of reference from a Fredericksburg ISD teacher, instructor or related sponsor. Selection is based on participation in performing arts, academics, personal achievement, and financial need.
