The Robert E. Campbell Scholarship - Engineering Scholar is open to students with outstanding academic performance and leadership experience. To be eligible, students must apply for the university-level Robert E. Campbell scholarship. Engineering students receiving the Campbell Scholarship will receive a supplement from the Carl R. Ice College of Engineering that is stacked on top of the university-level Robert E. Campbell scholarship. The Campbell scholarship application serves as the application for the Robert E.
