Description

The Roger W. Emmons Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to the children or grandchildren of owners or employees, employed for more than three years, who are regular members of the Oregon Refuse and Recycling Association Residence. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and April 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC. Eligibility Requirements
