Description

The Rose City Scholarship for Incoming First Year Students is open to Oregon high school graduates who are academically qualified. The scholarship is available to first year students for up to four academic years. Applicants must have Student Aid Index (SAI) according to the FAFSA outside of Pell Grant range. Students receiving the Staff Tuition Discount are not eligible for this program. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
