The RoseAnn Waindel Memorial Endowed Scholarship will be awarded to Emergency Medical Technology (EMT) majors. Applicants must be a graduating high school senior or returning student. High school seniors must be interested in the Emergency Medical Technology AS Degree; returning students must be completing the certification program in Emergency Medical Technology.
