The Roy M. Gallagher, Jr. TROY for Troops Endowment Scholarship is available to students who have served or are currently serving in any branch of the military or their spouses. The recipient must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8. Recipients are required to write a letter of appreciation to the Scholarship donor, and they must attend the Scholarship Donor and Recipient Reception held each year.
