The Salem Foundation Ansel & Marie Solie Scholarship is for visually impaired Oregon residents who plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate studies, with "visually impaired" defined according to Oregon Administrative Rules, Chapter 581, Division 15-Oregon Department of Education, 581-015-0051 (14). February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
