The Santaluz Club Employee Scholarship is for those who have been employed by Santaluz Club for at least one year, working a minimum of 750 hours in their first year and each subsequent calendar year. They must be performing at club standard on their annual performance review and must remain so for the duration of the scholarship award (employees only). They may also be children and spouses of employees who have met the said service requirements. Students must be graduating seniors from an accredited high school, a current college student or planning to attend an accredited career/technical school, community college, four year university or graduate school in the United States in fall. High school seniors applying for a scholarship must earn their high school diploma to receive benefits. A letter on official letterhead from the Human Resources department verifying the applicant or applicant's parent is employed at The Santaluz Club is required. The letter must indicate the employee worked a minimum of 1000 hours in their first year of employment, or any subsequent calendar year.
