Section 702 Veterans Access, Choice, & Accountability Act for Non-Resident G.I.Bill Students

Description

Section 702 provides Non-Resident Tuition Waivers for students admitted as 'Non-Idaho Resident' who have been found eligible for Chapter 30 Montgomery G.I.Bill, Chapter 31 Veterans Readiness & Employment, Chapter 33 Post 9/11 G.I.Bill Benefits, or CH 35 Survivors' and Dependents' Education Assistance benefits, and will be living in the same state where he/she is attending school. Section 702 also applies to students admitted as 'Non-Idaho Resident' who are eligible family members utilizing transferred Chapter 33 Post 9/11 G.I.Bill Benefits or Marine Gunnery Sergeant John David Fry Scholarship benefits and will be living in the same state where he/she is attending school.
