Section 702 provides Non-Resident Tuition Waivers for students admitted as 'Non-Idaho Resident' who have been found eligible for Chapter 30 Montgomery G.I.Bill, Chapter 31 Veterans Readiness & Employment, Chapter 33 Post 9/11 G.I.Bill Benefits, or CH 35 Survivors' and Dependents' Education Assistance benefits, and will be living in the same state where they will be attending school.
