Description

The Sierra Phillips-Hess Scholarship was established in memory of Sierra Phillips-Hess to provide awards for graduating students from Fredericksburg High School who have participated in HOSA (Health Occupational Student Appreciation Program). Sierra was a much loved student at FHS who was very active in the HOSA program. A recipient of the scholarship may reapply for 3 consecutive years. The recipient will be considered along with other applicants. Selection of recipients is based on participation in the HOSA program, extracurricular activities, community service work and academics.
