The SMU Distinguished Scholarship is available to incoming first-year students who demonstrate outstanding academic credentials and personal achievement. This award is based on a comprehensive, holistic review of the SMU admissions application. This is renewable for up to eight semesters, four years, or graduation, whichever comes first.
