Description

Stan and Darlene Sorenson established the Stan and Darlene Sorenson Scholarship in 2018 with the purpose of providing scholarships to Ilwaco High School students who show academic or vocational potential and due to their economic circumstances are not able to pay their total college costs from personal or family resources. Applicants must be a graduating senior of Iwaco High School in Ilwaco, Washington, who plans to register or be currently registered at an accredited college, university, technical or career school. They must pursue a degree in Nursing or a technical, career degree or certificate. Renewal applicants will have special consideration or priority.
