The State University of New York College at Oneonta Transfer Excellence Scholarship will be awarded to highest-achieving transfer students with 24 or more transferable credits. This scholarship is renewable for up to three years of undergraduate study. Scholarships are available to students entering in the spring or fall semesters. To be considered, students must transfer in a minimum of 24 college credits and plan to enroll at SUNY Oneonta.
