WSU-Vancouver undergraduate accounting majors, post baccalaureate and masters program students are eligible to apply for the Stephen P. and Mayno Blanding Endowment Scholarship. This is the only scholarship that is awarded to a non-Oregon college or university through The OSCPA Educational Foundation. The scholarship will be awarded based on academic performance, intent to pursue a CPA career and work within Oregon or the Vancouver metro area. The minimum required GPA is 3.2 in accounting or business classes and an overall cumulative 3.2 GPA.
