Description

OSCPA has one scholarship available for WSU-Vancouver students through the Stephen P. and Mayno Blanding Endowment. The scholarship will be awarded based on the student's intent to pursue a CPA career and work within Oregon or the Vancouver metro area. Applicants must have a minimum 3.2 GPA requirement overall and 3.2 GPA in business or accounting courses.
