Description

The Susan Schulman Begley Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to those who must identify as a woman, who is establishing herself as a head of household and a single parent, and due to extreme circumstances, following the dissolution of an abusive or emotionally traumatic relationship, has no other adequate financial means, and requires funds to meet immediate needs for herself and her children, including rent and food. Two letters of recommendation are required. One must be academic, and the second may be academic or professional. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact NCJW-LA for more information.
