The TAMUCC Presidential Scholar is open to incoming freshmen students admitted to the University. Students must have an unweighted GPA of 3.95-4.00 and top 10 percent or an unweighted GPA of 3.95-4.00 and minimum ACT 28/ SAT 1300.
