The Ted, W4VHF, and Itice, K4LVV, Goldthorpe Scholarship will be awarded to those with any active Amateur Radio License Class. Applicants may be residents of any region, pursuing any field of study at a four-year college or university. Applicants must demonstrate active volunteer service in the community.
