The BSA-Pine Tree Foundation Fellowship in Hispanic Bibliography supports the bibliographical study of printed and manuscript items or the bibliographical study of book and manuscript collections: in the Spanish language in any period or country; or in any language but produced or located in Spain or its overseas dominions during the time of Spanish sovereignty. Eligibility is limited to US citizens and residents; and citizens of other nations without US residency who wish to conduct research outside of the United States only. Applicants must submit the following: project title; curriculum vitae; project proposal that should include a statement of the project's broader significance, a description of the specific research they plan to undertake with the support of a BSA fellowship, a description of the materials they hope to consult, and a brief budget and timeline for the proposed project; and one letter of recommendation. Applicants do not need to be members of the Society to apply for a fellowship. However, successful recipients must join the BSA in order to accept a fellowship award. Please visit the fellowship's website or contact the Bibliographical Society of America for more information.
