Description

The Saints Promise will cover up to 100 percent of tuition per semester for first-time Minnesota students whose family-adjusted gross income is below $80,000. Applicants must be new first-time students attending the Duluth Campus for fall 2024 or spring 2025. They must also be recipients of the MN Grant or MN Dream Act program.
