Description

The The James L. Bugg Scholarship was established in 1978 by the Old Dominion University Alumni Association to honor this former University president. The award is made to an alumnus' son or daughter who has participated in extracurricular activities and community service and displays top academic achievement. The admission deadline for the Fall semester is February 1 and the admission deadline for the Spring semester is November 1. Applications received after the published deadlines will be evaluated on a rolling basis.
