The Parents' Association of Old Dominion University Freshman Scholarship is funded by an endowment by the organization to assist an outstanding entering freshman who has demonstrated academic merit and leadership skills. The admission deadline for the Fall semester is February 1 and the admission deadline for the Spring semester is November 1.
