Description

The William B. Spong, Jr., Dominion Scholar Endowment was established by the Old Dominion University Alumni Association to assist incoming freshmen who present a minimum 3.8 cumulative grade point average, rank in the top 10 percent of their graduating class, and score 1280 or better on the Scholastic Assessment Test. All first-time freshmen and transfer students will automatically be considered for academic and endowed scholarships based on their admissions application. The Fall regular deadline is February 1, and the Spring deadline is November 1. Applications received after the published deadlines will be evaluated on a rolling basis.
