Description

The William J. Dooner Scholarship supports students who have a Roman Catholic background in meeting the cost of their education. Recipients are selected based on the extent of their involvement in the Roman Catholic Church and their academic performance, although preference is given to those candidates currently active in the Roman Catholic Church. The scholarship covers 50 percent of tuition costs. Students must be accepted for admission to Regent by the deadline. Applications submitted by prospective students who have not been accepted for admission by the deadline will not be considered. Students must reapply each year. Recipients are selected by a scholarship committee composed of Regent staff and faculty. Students may visit the scholarship's website or contact the Financial Aid Office for more information.
