The Thomas Jeremy Keep Memorial Scholarship supports graduates of Grant High School who demonstrate academic achievement and financial need. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.00, be enrolled full-time, and attend a public or nonprofit college. The FAFSA or ORSAA is required for consideration based on financial need. The scholarship may be renewed annually for up to four years. OSAC automatically receives FAFSA records for Oregon residents or non-Oregon residents who include at least one Oregon institution on their FAFSA, while others must upload the first two pages of their FAFSA Submission Summary for financial need verification. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
